THANK YOU for helping us SHINE!

Thanks to you and our generous community, we met our goal and raised just over one million dollars to support families facing homelessness at our SHINE virtual gala on Friday night!

It was an incredible evening of beautiful musical performances, an exciting live auction, and inspiring stories hosted live by Matt Lorch and Tiernan Madorno and live-streamed from Microsoft Studios! We are so grateful to the hundreds of volunteers, our sponsors, and guests who made the evening sparkle and SHINE!

Our celebrity judges had a tough job selecting a winner in a singing contest between five incredibly talented local artists. In the end, they selected Ivory Solomon as the 2021 SHINE champion.

Women and families shared touching stories about very real fears of losing their hard-won homes when the eviction moratorium ends. Thanks to our generous community and donors like YOU, we met our event fundraising goal and raised $1,000,055 (and counting!) to help these families. Thank you!! And it's not too late to help!  Every dollar we raise for our Rapid Response Fund lets us help more women and families stay in their homes this winter

AUCTION

Thank you to everyone who purchased an auction package during the gala.  If you have a package that needs to be picked up, you should have received an email with detailed instructions.  You can pick up you packages between 9 am - 5 pm at 113 Dexter Ave N.  All packages should be picked up by October 22.
